Richard Bonington Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant.

The role of a Teaching Assistant at Richard Bonington Primary is busy and varied - it involves teaching phonics groups, being in class supporting the children, providing group interventions and/or supporting individual pupils with specific needs. As a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant - your role will also involve teaching the whole class covering PPA and short-term absence.

We need someone who….

• is experienced in the role of TA

• has a good knowledge of phonics

• has the confidence to teach a whole class

• can provide 1:1 support when required

• can foster positive relationships with students and parents,

• can support students during in-class activities, to promote their participation and success.
