We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a permanent role for 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus one week (39 weeks per year).

This role requires a patient, dedicated, positive individual who is passionate about working with children.

Experience in a similar role and flexibility to work across the school would be a distinct advantage. 

You will:

  • Be able to meet the needs of children, including those with a variety of Special Educational Needs, under the direction of a teacher or HLTA 
  • Be able to form positive relationships with children, staff and parents 
  • Have high expectations of behaviour, effort and attitude and the necessary strategies to promote these qualities 
  • Have recent experience of working in a primary school
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
