Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Lime Tree Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team on a part time (27hrs a week) permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds, support their learning journey, and be part of a school community that values creativity, collaboration, and growth. We would also welcome applications from someone who can inspire a love of learning outdoors and help shape engaging outdoor learning opportunities for our pupils.
Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children's education and development within a school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering educational programmes, helping students achieve their full potential by supporting their day-to-day learning activities including outdoor learning.
What we're looking for:
- A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
- The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
- A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
- Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
- A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,914 to Point 5 £24,144
Actual Salary: £15,429.80 to £15,578.20
