Working under guidance, provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who require support to overcome barriers to learning
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To work as part of our outstanding team, we are seeking a caring, committed and motivated Teaching Assistant with vision and high expectations for learning. Deansfield has a strong ethos of inclusion, and a tradition of listening to and valuing all children and we strive for excellence in the achievement of pupils and staff. The role will be the nursery however you may be required to cover other classes at short notice.
Prospective candidates will have at least the equivalent of:
Teaching Assistant: NVQ Level 2 in supporting Teaching and Learning in schools (level 3 preferable), GCSE’s in English and Maths or relevant experience.
