Salary: Level 2 Scale 5
Start date: ASAP. Fixed term
15.5 hours over 2.5 days, term time plus 5 INSET days. Including Midday Supervisor hours. The days will include Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Friday all day.
Bewick Bridge Primary School is a friendly and welcoming community school in Cherry Hinton, a stone throw away from the city of Cambridge with excellent transportation links. We currently provide education for children aged 4 - 11 years. We also have a preschool that has pupils from the age of 2 years and 9 months.
Following a strong Ofsted inspection in December 2026, our school is embarking on a new and exciting phase. We are a forward thinking staff and encourage innovation and action research. We have a successful track record of staff development for both teaching and support staff. As a result, many of our staff have progressed in their careers, taking on additional roles within the school or gaining promotions elsewhere with the skills and experience developed from Bewick Bridge.
We wish to appoint a capable, enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to work as part of our amazing staff team. The position will be part of our support staff, starting as soon as possible.
