Be the person who helps a child believe they can.
At Alphington Primary School, we know the moments children remember most are often the ones where they felt safe, valued and truly believed in.
The warm welcome at the classroom door. The encouragement to keep trying. The adult who notices when a child is struggling - and helps them find their confidence again.
These moments matter.
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our warm and welcoming school.
