What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate that they:
Have recent experience of working with primary school aged children.
Can build strong professional relationships with colleagues and children.
Can deliver group interventions in Phonics, Maths and English to improve learning.
Are able to work under the guidance of the class teacher but can use their own initiative.
Are organised and able to provide feedback to assist planning.
Have some knowledge of the curriculum and can bring creativity to the role.
Are patient, calm and have a good sense of humour.
Have a commitment to supporting all children to reach their potential.
Will be committed to the role, our values, our team and the Trust.
Are equipped to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as part of a team around a child.
