Teaching Assistant job summary

Are you looking for a hugely rewarding role and the opportunity to make a real difference to a young person's life? We require a very patient, flexible, creative and confident individual with a good sense of humour to support some of our children with additional needs. The successful candidate will be required to assist the class teacher in class which will include supporting groups and children individually.  We had a successful Ofsted inspection in January 2022 and are now building on this further. As part of the Agora Learning Partnership there are ongoing opportunities for professional development within school and across the Trust. The role is  Monday-Friday term time only 8.45am-3.15pm and will include some cover at lunchtime.

Shortlisting will be scored against all aspects of the job description, experience of working in a primary school environment is preferable.
