We are looking to recruit passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join our friendly school team.

We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants at both Level 2 and Level 3. The level of appointment will be determined by the successful candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. If you are currently employed by a Luton school and are successful in your application, you will be appointed at your current grade and salary point, subject to the appropriate checks and verification.

The hours are 8.45am - 3.45pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. As part of your professional development, there will be a requirement to attend occasional training days and other training opportunities.

Successful candidates will support the class teacher, working with a wide range of pupils across the curriculum, supporting pupils with additional needs and delivering targeted interventions.

There may also be opportunities to work additional hours to assist with our after-school clubs.
