What skills and experience we're looking for

What are we looking for in you?It is preferable for applicants to have previous experience of working with young people, but not essential. You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy. You will be dedicated to personal learning and development, and have a sincere commitment to sharing our values and drive for continuous improvement. What the school offers its staff

Successful candidates will work 1:1with selected students, and also support small groups both in mainstream classes and in the inclusion area via intervention sessions. In addition, you will work closely with teachers to differentiate resources and set and monitor targets.
