What skills and experience we're looking for

We'd love to hear from someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their full potential

  • Brings patience, positivity and resilience, with the ability to remain calm and professional when supporting pupils with a range of needs

  • Holds grades C/4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths and has previous teaching assistant experience

  • Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
