• Have excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers,
• Have experience of working with children with SEN
• Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self-direction when needed

• Have determination and drive to ensure that every pupil fulfils their full potential
• Be flexible, adaptable, embracing new ideas and have a pro-active approach
