About the Role
At University of Kent Academies Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brompton Academy.
This is a permanent, term time role of 32.5 hours per week and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young people who require additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to support students in a range of settings, including whole class support, one to one, and small group work. The role includes contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities, as well as monitoring, assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress.
We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient, approachable, and an effective communicator. You will build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents or carers, demonstrating a strong commitment to raising achievement and promoting student wellbeing.
