What skills and experience we're looking for

To aid the children to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and independently by

• Supporting the teacher in planning learning activities
• Supporting the delivery of learning
• Clarifying and explaining instructions
• Motivating and encouraging children as required
• Supporting children with challenging behaviour where necessary
• Supporting the teacher in the evaluation of learning activities
• Promoting independence

To establish supportive relationships with children and engage with their parents.

To be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of interventions.
