What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a well-led and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a positive and supportive relationship with pupils
  • Be aware of the differing needs of pupils
  • Supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes

This is an ideal opportunity for a colleague who is ambitious, creative and enthusiastic about helping students to learn in a strong, supportive environment. The role could be offered at 0.8 FTE.
