What skills and experience we're looking for
We are a proud member of the University of Chichester Academy Trust and we are seeking a highly motivated and positive Teaching Assistant as soon as possible on a fixed term contract.
If you can demonstrate the skillset required for this position we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will offer the provision of 1:1 support to children, along with small group support, wider class support and a lunch duty.
They will be able to build rapport well with children, assist them with their classwork and assist the class teacher in delivering a good lesson. They should be proactive, communicate well with children and teachers alike to ensure that optimum learning takes place within the class in line with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
