Role:
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our teachers and wider professional team to ensure every student can access learning—both in and beyond the classroom. You will deliver tailored work, care, and support programmes that enable students of all abilities to thrive and fully engage with their education.
Working closely with the class teacher, senior staff, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), you will contribute to a broad range of teaching and learning activities that inspire, challenge, and meet the diverse needs of our learners. You will help shape a creative, inclusive, and ambitious curriculum that complies with statutory requirements and reflects our commitment to high‑quality education for all.
Through regular, targeted support, you will accelerate students’ progress and remove barriers to learning, ensuring they can fully access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
The trust currently employs over 500 members of staff and is responsible for educating and developing almost 4,000 students between the ages of 3 to 16. The Trust consists of three secondary schools - Leeds City Academy, Leeds East Academy and Leeds West Academy, and our primary school.
