We are looking for a teaching assistant to work alongside our amazing Early Years team to support children who have EHCPs.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Bromham team. You will share our values of courage, opportunity and ambition and understand our school vision and what is expected from the Bromham school community.

As well as supporting children in the classroom, this role will also have an additional contract attached to it where you will be required to supervise for 30 minutes during lunchtime on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in Early Years

Is an excellent role model

Is empathetic and can build trust and rapport with students, staff and parents

Has a passion for working with children and is kind, caring and flexible.

Is interested in developing own skills in supporting children with different educational, physical and social needs.

Has experience of working with children with complex needs.
