Salary: NJC Grade C: £25,583 - £26,403 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a part time, fixed term position working 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year until 31st August 2026 (Monday to Friday).

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our team at Sidbury C of E Primary School.

You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with other schools within The Harbour Schools Partnership Trust, a group of Devon schools who actively work together to ensure the delivery of a curriculum which meets the needs of all pupils and provides opportunities that are broad and challenging.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:

Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated to work alongside teachers to support our pupils Has experience in KS1 and KS2 (desirable but not essential) Has experience working with SEND pupils Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers with the preparation of resources and delivery of interventions to pupils Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be Has the ability to encourage every child to learn, aspire and achieve Has enthusiasm, skill and the desire to make a difference
