Working alongside class teachers and support staff, you will play an important role in helping pupils achieve their potential, develop confidence and enjoy their learning journey.

The Role

You will:

• Support teaching and learning within a classroom.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Contribute to pupils' wellbeing, progress and personal development.
