What skills and experience we're looking for

Due to the popularity of our oversubscribed schools we are recruiting for a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our students throughout their school day. Working under the direction of the class teachers they will be providing pastoral, academic support and delivering interventions to help create and maintain a purposeful learning environment for our students. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build positive relationships with the children they support.
