Stoke Climsland School are looking to recruit a caring and committed person to work as a classroom teaching assistant and after school club assistant. The successful candidate must enjoy being part of a team, be flexible, willing to adapt to changing situations and be committed to further training and skill acquisition.

Sensitivity, patience and an ability to work on your own initiative are necessary qualities, as well as the ability to work as part of our effective and caring team.

The role will also include helping to supervise the pupils during lunchtime break. This will include assisting with their lunch and supervising play activities/games in the playground at lunchtime.

The after school club provision runs at the end of the school day and will include providing an environment in which children can enjoy games and activities while being supervised at the end of the school day.

The successful candidate should have good communication skills, a desire to facilitate children's learning and a commitment to working in partnership with parents and liaising with outside agencies.
