Job summary;
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our warm and friendly team at All Saints C of E Primary School. We’re looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping children grow in confidence and reach their full potential.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with both groups and individual pupils, helping them to build confidence and achieve their full potential. Flexibility, initiative, and a team-focused mindset are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with staff, children, and families. You’ll be supported by an experienced class teacher and a collaborative team who are committed to delivering the best outcomes for our pupils.
The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
