What skills and experience we're looking for
Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange is seeking applications from committed individuals to join our team in a dual-role as a Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a unique and rewarding opportunity where you will work collaboratively with teaching staff across the whole planning cycle and play an active role in classroom management.
Your typical daily routine will be split into two core areas:
Morning Sessions (Teaching Assistant):Supporting the teaching and learning of Maths and English under the direction of class teaching staff.
Afternoon Sessions (HLTA):Taking a lead in the classroom by covering the Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time of class teachers.
