What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant during the morning periods, by supporting the teaching and learning of Maths and English, under the direction of teaching staff. Then during the afternoon you will work as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, covering PPA of class teachers. This is a rewarding role where you will work collaboratively with teaching staff to assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and management of the class.

The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with high expectations for all pupils. An excellent curriculum knowledge is essential. You will need to evidence experience of working as a HLTA,
