Job summary;
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team fulfilling the combined roles of part-time Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) at Alderbury & West Grimstead CofE Primary School.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, adaptable, and able to support both individual pupils and groups in their learning. Strong teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently when required. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will receive guidance and support from the class teacher and the wider school team.
Teaching Assistant
Salary: Grade D, 4-6 £24,404-£25,183 (DOE) pro rata
Actual Salary: Teaching Assistant, (DOE) pro rata
MDSA:
Salary: Grade B2, £23,656 pro rata
Actual Salary: £2,679 per annum pro rata
