What skills and experience we're looking for
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, term time only (38 weeks)
Hours: 30 hours per week, 845am-315pm Monday – Friday (We arehappy to consider applicants who wish toworkless than these hours and/or days per week)
Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £15738per annum (TA Grade 3/MDM Grade 2)
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

The role of Teaching Assistant is crucial in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils; including but not exclusively, those with special education needs.
Your responsibilities will include:Providing support to the Teacher in the planning, delivery andand the evaluation of learning activitiesConsistently and effectively implementing agreed behaviour management strategies
Working 1-2-1 as required to support students access learning within the classroom environmentMotivating and encouraging students by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:Experience of establishing positive relationships with studentsempathise with theirneeds (desirable)Knowledge of SEN (desirable)Maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalentConfident in supervising children during activities indoors and outdoorsPatient, calm and relaxedwith an enthusiastic approach to learning
