What skills and experience we're looking for

Contract: FTC until 22 July 2026Working Pattern: Term time only (38 weeks)Hours: 25 hours TA and 5 hours MDMS per week, 845am-315pm Monday – Friday Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £16,601 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

We are an award winning Academy who are now recruiting a Teaching Assistant and Midday Meals Supervisor working as part of the support team in Early Years to support a child on a 1-2-1 basis.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of establishing positive relationships with students empathise with their needs (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SEN (desirable)
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalent
  • Confident in supervising children during activities indoors and outdoors
  • Patient, calm and relaxed with an enthusiastic approach to learning
