• Working pattern: Full time: 35 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset
• Contract type: Fixed term - 1 year contract
• Full-time equivalent salary: Actual salary £10,170 per annum (£12,500 full time equivalent)

Being able to communicate effectively with children and adults is essential, together with a friendly and approachable manner. Our newly appointed Teaching Assistantswill be able to work using their own initiative and can demonstrate effective behaviour management skills. In return, they will join a supportive environment with plenty of development opportunities within the academy and across the wider Trust.
