The Role

Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will:

  • Support children in their learning, both in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one activities.

  • Help create a positive, engaging and stimulating learning environment.

  • Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation.

  • Encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.

  • Support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping every child to succeed.

  • Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants and families as part of our collaborative team.

  • Develop your knowledge and skills through a structured apprenticeship programme.
