Has GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grade 4/C or above preferred) or is willing to work towards the required Functional Skills qualifications.

The Role
Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will:
Support children in their learning, both in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one activities.
Help create a positive, engaging and stimulating learning environment.
Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation.
Encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.
Support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping every child to succeed.
Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants and families as part of our collaborative team.
Develop your knowledge and skills through a structured apprenticeship programme.
