Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for the English department with a passion for working with young people of all abilities and the talent to support students to achieve outstanding results.

Teaching Assistants work lessons with individuals or small groups of students with a broad range of educational needs. The role of a TA is integral to support students to achieve their full potential. This role will be to support students across the whole school. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar setting. You will be able demonstrate knowledge to assist with the development and implementation of individual Education/Behaviour plans effectively.
