Grade C/D SCP 3-6 £25,614 - £26-847 FTE (Actual Salary £17,366 - £18,202)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for Teaching Assistant with a passion for primary education. You will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others, as well as a drive to ensure all our children reach their full potential.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience appropriate to working with children in a learning environment
  • An awareness of child/young person’s development and learning
  • An understanding that children/Young people have differing needs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate effectively and clearly and build relationships with a range of staff, children, young people, their families and carers

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • Be prepared to be innovative and take well supported risks to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Be a confident, creative practitioner embracing an inclusive education to a diverse pupil population.
  • Be able to inspire children to achieve their full potential.
