BASC Teaching Assistant - Bank Staff

NJC Level 1d point 2-3

Term Time only plus 5 training days

We are seeking some dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join our Before & After School provision as bank staff workers to provide cover when needed. You will share our values of courage, opportunity and ambition and understand our school vision and what is expected from the Bromham school community.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience of working with or caring for children between the ages of 3 and 11

Is an excellent role model & lead in participating in activities with the children

Is empathetic and can build trust and rapport with students, staff and parents

Has a passion for working with children and is kind, caring and flexible.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
