Teaching Assistant - Behavioural Support job summary
We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work with a variety of children with emotional behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will support pupils to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and individually and to develop social skills and understanding.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Good collaborative skills
Experience of working in a similar role
Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
Good organisational skills
Flexibility and adaptability
A willingness to learn and develop existing skills
And finally you will be committed to ensuring the best education for children
