What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • are enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • are able to work effectively within our hardworking, talented and friendly team on whole school issues
  • enjoy working with children and can develop good working relationships with them
  • understand and are sympathetic to the needs of young children
  • are willing to undertake personal care
  • have knowledge and experience of, or are willing to learn about, working with children with additional needs and disabilities
  • have experience of supporting children’s learning (a level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential)
  • have experience of or are willing to learn about delivering interventions to individuals or small groups
  • have a current First Aid certificate or be prepared to undertake training

Bulford St Leonard’s Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and vibrant school from June 2023.
