• Working pattern: Full time: 33.25 hours per week, 9:00am – 4.00pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) 9:00am – 4:45pm (including 30 minute unpaid break). Term Time only.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full-time equivalent salary: Scale 4/5 £23,204.63 - £26,043.13 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £29,340.00 - £32,929.00 per annum)

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone with drive, creativity, and a passion for supporting young people to achieve their best. Your background is not important; what is important is that you have high expectations, love a challenge and have a determination to make a difference to the lives of our superb students. You also need to be resilient to work with students who may display challenging behaviour at times.

Our curriculum is different too – our younger students have enrichment activities, which include Rock Climbing, Swimming, Horse Riding, and a huge range of other sports. All our Upper School students take Option Subjects to enrich their learning. We have also just started delivering A-Level Photography and Art in our Sixth Form.
