What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit highly effective Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated staff. Previous experience is desirable but induction, support and training will be given.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Able to provide creative, enriching and learning opportunities for our children
  • Committed to raising standards
  • Able to work in a team
  • Caring and patient
  • Have high standards of numeracy and spoken and written English
  • Able to support children with barriers to learning
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 as a minimum.
