We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and caring teaching assistant to join our supportive team. You will work alongside class teachers to provide general classroom support, work with small groups of children and give 1:1 support to children with additional needs. You will also be part of our whole school lunchtime supervision team each day.
We are looking for someone with:
- Enthusiasm to work with children.
- The ability to follow directions, think for themselves and in time have the confidence to take initiative.
- A sense of humour and the ability to work with others sensitively are both essentials.
- The ability to work as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents.
- A passion for nurturing the emotional wellbeing of children.
- A willingness to learn on the job.
