Your Role in Building Brighter Futures 

As a Teaching Assistant at Chilton Trinity School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for: 

Supporting learning and progress of students. To complement the work of subject teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/small groups and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development. This will involve providing support for the students, teachers and supporting the curriculum

What You’ll Bring to Futura 

We are looking for an inspiring Teaching Assistant who: 

Has excellent numeracy and literacy skills – Equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in Maths 

Has evidence of suitability to work with children and your people 

Operates with integrity 

Has training in relevant learning strategies and full working knowledge of national/foundation stage curriculum and other relevant learning  

Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
