- Training or experience in working with children in a school environment would be advantageous and recent classroom teaching assistant experience would offer a significant advantage.
- NVQ2 or above would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Grade C or above at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths would be desirable.
