Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking a friendly and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside supportive colleagues and play a key role in helping children achieve their very best.

The successful candidate will support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing, contributing to a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

The role will suit someone who is:

  • Committed to supporting children in their learning and development
  • Experienced in working with primary school children
  • Skilled in literacy and numeracy, with the ability to support learning effectively
  • Reflective and professional, with a desire to improve outcomes for all pupils
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
