We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our warm and welcoming Learning Support Faculty. Every member of our department supports a diverse range of students with special educational needs, building relationships founded on mutual respect. Our large team currently consists of 10 TAs, 3 Senior TAs, a 6th form SEND lead, a Deputy SENDCo, and a SENDCo. We ensure every team member has the opportunity to play to their strengths - whether that means supporting a preferred subject, delivering 1:1 interventions outside the classroom, or applying specialist expertise within a primary area of SEND. We actively encourage our TAs to pursue training in their areas of interest, while fully supporting the long-term career aspirations of everyone in our department.
