Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for a friendly, organised and pro active teaching assistant. This is a rewarding role supporting children to learn and develop, working closely with the teachers to create a positive, nurturing environment, that enables every child to reach their full potential.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who:

Is passionate about providing engaging and exciting learning opportunities to enable all pupils to thrive.

Is a reflective practitioner with high aspirations for all pupils.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will work closely and collaborate effectively with staff and parents.

Has a nurturing, relational approach to behaviour management and a pro-active approach to supporting pupil well-being.
