Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking to recruit a positive and adaptable Teaching Assistant to work in our Learning Support Team to support students with learning or social and communication difficulties. Your role may include working with a number of children in lessons or on a 1-1 basis.

You must enjoy working with children and be able to relate well to both students and adults and want to make a difference to the lives of our young people. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with children with a SEN need and/or an understanding of the support they will need to succeed in a mainstream secondary school. A specialism in numeracy and / or KS2 numeracy experience would be an advantage.
