• Working pattern: Full time: 32.5 HOURS PER WEEK, TERM TIME ONLY (39 WEEKS)
• Contract type: Fixed term - The role is linked to and subject to school funding and therefore will be fixed term for 1 year in the first instance.
• Full-time equivalent salary: Between £28,128 – £30,309
• Pay scale: Scale 4 Point 4 - 9

• Have a positive, enthusiastic approach with an energy and passion for working with young children
• Have excellent communication skills who maintains positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers
• Have experience of working with children with SEN
• Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self-direction when needed
• Be calm and patient
• Have determination and drive to ensure that every pupil fulfils their full potential
• Be flexible, adaptable, embracing new ideas and have a pro-active approach
• Have a commitment to achieving high standards

We are seeking to employ dedicated teaching assistants who are motivated to do the best for children within EYFS and in KS1/KS2.
