We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our committed teamand help our pupils reach their full potential.
The Role.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to help create a positive,engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will support pupils both in the classroom andthrough targeted interventions, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve success.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting learning across the curriculum
Working with individual pupils and small groups
Supporting children with additional learning, physical, emotional or behavioural needs
Encouraging independence, confidence and resilience
Assisting with monitoring pupil progress
Supporting children's welfare and wellbeing
Contributing to the wider life of the school community
