We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our committed teamand help our pupils reach their full potential.

The Role.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to help create a positive,engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will support pupils both in the classroom andthrough targeted interventions, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve success.

Responsibilities include:

 Supporting learning across the curriculum

 Working with individual pupils and small groups

 Supporting children with additional learning, physical, emotional or behavioural needs

 Encouraging independence, confidence and resilience

 Assisting with monitoring pupil progress

 Supporting children's welfare and wellbeing

 Contributing to the wider life of the school community
