What skills and experience we're looking for

Farringdon Community Academy are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant.The successful candidate will work as part of the academy to support interventions with students who require additional support, working with small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required. They will promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs under the direction of the class teacher.
