About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our caring, enthusiastic and forward thinking Trust.
The successful candidate will be committed to making a positive difference to young people’s lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your skills and knowledge will help enable an outstanding learning environment for our children, providing the support they need to succeed.
The successful candidate:
- will have high expectations for all children, be a committed team player, and will work collaboratively to meet the learning and development needs of all children.
- will have prior experience of working with children
- will ideally have experience within a school setting
- will be able to support children’s learning and development
- is creative and has a passion for working with children
- has excellent subject knowledge
- is confident in delivering to groups of children of all abilities
- is empathetic, patient and uses their initiative when working with children
- is flexible and has experience of working with primary children
- is open to professional development opportunities as part of a curriculum team

Bredbury Green Primary School is a primary school in Stockport with 269 pupils on roll aged between 2 and 11. We see ourselves very much as a family school, where education is a partnership between our staff, parents /carers and pupils, and where we work together for the good of all our children.
