What skills and experience we're looking for
Role:
- Provide tailored support to pupils across a range of settings, including whole-class environments, small group interventions, and one-to-one sessions.
- Development of the physical and mental wellbeing of pupils.
- Delivering activities and interventions as required under direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
- Communicating effectively with pupils, parents and staff.
- Supervising breaktime and lunchtime activities.
You have:
- NVQ Level or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with primary age pupils.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have a strong and caring personality and is calm, patient and firm.
- Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
