What skills and experience we're looking for

Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils across a range of settings, including whole-class environments, small group interventions, and one-to-one sessions.

Development of the physical and mental wellbeing of pupils.
Delivering activities and interventions as required under direction of the class teacher and SENCo.
Communicating effectively with pupils, parents and staff.
Supervising breaktime and lunchtime activities.

You have:

NVQ Level or equivalent qualification.
Experience working with primary age pupils.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have a strong and caring personality and is calm, patient and firm.
Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
