We are looking for individuals who:

  • are ambitious, inspiring and passionate about pupils’ learning enabling them to meet their full potential;
  • have experience in advancing pupils’ learning in a range of classroom settings;
  • have experience of pupils with SEND;
  • have proven skills in behaviour management;
  • demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • have GCSE at level A - C in English and Mathematics;
