What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for individuals who:
- are ambitious, inspiring and passionate about pupils’ learning enabling them to meet their full potential;
- have experience in advancing pupils’ learning in a range of classroom settings;
- have experience of pupils with SEND;
- have proven skills in behaviour management;
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
- have GCSE at level A - C in English and Mathematics;
